Design office "Kārlis" founded in 1991 in Riga has become a professional engineering communications design office, one of the best known and acknowledged in Latvia. Power supply projects developed by “Kārlis” have received high evaluations in the annual competitions organized by Latvian Association of Power Engineers and Energy Constructors (LEEA). “Kārlis” is a long-term member of LEEA and Latvian Association of Consulting Engineers (LIKA).
